This beautifully appointed split level home will make you feel relaxed and recharged as you open the front door. Set high amongst the trees in Killcare Heights, you will be mesmerized by the glorious bay and mountain views and spectacular sunsets.

Enjoy the well equipped open plan kitchen with a sitting area in front of the slow combustion wood burning fireplace. Perfect for the cooler months. The adjoining dining room is light filled with a beautiful Vista. There is a separate lounge at the front of the house with Smart TV and sitting area to accommodate all of the guests. Relax on the deck alongside your private pool overlooking Hardy's Bay . You are surrounded by nature with the sounds of birds singing, a tranquil and peaceful retreat.

There are 5 bedrooms with the master showcasing the amazing views. The bedrooms are located over a split level plan with 2 bathrooms. There is a full sized cot set up in one of the bedrooms.
