The master bedroom has a queen bed ceiling fan, a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and built ins and the main generous sized bathroom with a shower. Large glass door leads out to the spacious deck with a table setting for 8, lounge and BBQ area. Take the internal or external stairs down to the lower floor, where you find the rumpus room with TV and sofa, another two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a bunk and tri-bunk bed and a third bathroom. Glass doors take you out the lower deck with a seating
area and access to the pool and pool area. Located in a quiet, established street in Avoca Beach, Avoca Coast House is perfectly positioned for a relaxing break.
